Cancellation Policy

We understand your time is valuable.  And so is ours.  Out of respect for our team and clients, we request you give us at least a 24-hour notice should you need to cancel an appointment.

All new clients to Mustard Seed Hair Co., in addition to existing clients with a history of short notice cancellations must provide a credit card upon booking.  A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of equal to 50% of the booked services.  A no show will result in a 100% charge to the credit card on file.

Bookings Requiring a Credit Card

For those guests scheduling balayage or facial appointments, a credit card will be required to hold your appointment.  If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice so that we may offer that dedicated service time to another client.  The cancellation fees outlined in our Cancellation Policy will apply and be charged to the credit card you provide us.
